Fairly quick stop here to check out the barn across the street from the parking lot. The handicap parking has a lot of loose stones in it making it a little dangerous for people who might be a fall risk. The barn is picturesque but when I visited a large group of people with several photographers were there taking over the entire area. Whenever one side of the barn was void of people someone in that crowd would quickly and purposely stand in the way of the photos that other people might want to take. This photo group left their photography gear laying all over the place too, without watching it. I hope you come back again soon when there are less people there. Watch the time of day and the angle of the sun versus the barn...

The farm is a delightful former dairy farm converted into a state park. Conveniently located off of Klondike Road and less than 2 miles from the Stonecrest mall and part of the path trails system, this is a site for a lazy afternoon stroll on well-maintained paths through the farm. There is ample parking, toilet facilities, and water for you and your pet. If you’re doing a bike ride along the path trail, the farm provides a wonderful excursion to relax and catch your breath. There is plenty of wildlife to view as you wander through the farm, and don’t be afraid of the few snakes you might see, especially the black snakes which are harmless and help control the...

Love this place and have been hiding through the trails for years! Beautiful 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. I must visit especially the stone mountain at the aware preserve which is a the down the street. I am very concerned about the vandalism that is persons r marking their names on the stones or even tearing up and breaking down the marker s for the trail. I hope the park gets a better look at what is happening. But still go check it out! A very lovely place to spend...

This is a really neat area to explore. Apparently you can lease out the barn area for photo shoot’s, because that’s what was happening the day I was there. It appeared to be a wedding party and there was even a pink poodle in the photo shoot. You could probably spend a day here walking the farm area. Use the pedestrian crosswalk to cross the street, be smart and stay safe. It’s very peaceful here.
