Pattison Park Lodge has a lot to offer at an unbeatable price, and the setting is undeniably beautiful. However, there were significant issues that made our experience less than ideal. First, we were shocked to discover a roach infestation during our event. A roach climbing on the fridge during our wedding was both disgusting and embarrassing. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, we were told an exterminator would come after our event, leaving us without a resolution that day. Many of our guests noticed and commented on the roaches, which was incredibly disappointing. Other maintenance and cleanliness issues added to our frustrations. The toilet stopped working within the first hour of the event, and we were not provided with any cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels. The kitchen is very outdated, and the space under the sink is moldy. Additionally, while the gazebo is lovely, the advertised electricity is not functional—you need to run a 115-foot extension cord to use it (which you need to supply) While we acknowledge that we accidentally caused steam marks on two tables while steaming linens, we were surprised to be accused of “severe damage to the entire venue” the next day. Upon asking for clarification, the staff confirmed it was just the two tables. These tables were described as being only four years old, but their rusted and worn condition suggests otherwise. We agree some steam damage occurred, but the tables are far from destroyed and could easily be covered for future events. Despite this, our entire deposit was withheld, which felt excessive given the nature of the damage. In summary, while our wedding night was beautiful, the cleanliness and maintenance issues, as well as the handling of our deposit, left much to be desired. With improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and communication, Pattison Park Lodge could truly be a gem. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to its potential.

Cute place and very affordable! The only thing I wasn’t happy about was…when you rent the space on the weekend they give the keys to everyone who has the space rented for that weekend. So in my case I rented the place for two days so that means other had potential access to all of my stuff.

My neice had wedding and reception here and it was a very nice place. It's clean, and plenty of parking. It isn't a really big place, but enough space for several tables, dance floor and kitchen area for catering service. The rest rooms were clean.

Perfect place for wedding on a small budget. The room was spacious (had 65) and a perfect gazebo for the ceremony. The stone fireplace is beautiful, especially with wedding decorations. Perfect focal point for pictures. The kitchen area had plenty of space. Tables and chairs are provided, but you will need to put them up and clean to receive the deposit back. We used caterer for food. Great porch and grounds are beautiful. We had cornhole boards setup. If you are looking for a great place that won't cost thousands of dollars, consider this...

We had a great event at Patterson Park Lodgeside this weekend for my cousin's wedding. The venue was beautiful, with plenty of supplies and ample seating and tables. The facilities were clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Everything was beautifully arranged, making it a perfect location for a special occasion. I'm very thankful for this local treasure....
