I was solo bike touring last September and called the Creamery just to get info about a road I was considering riding. Amy returned my call and spent 20 minutes I am sure she didn't have, talking about the roads. She offered to make sure Coburn's had the right size of their milk if I called ahead. I didn't, but was able to get their milk at several stops on my route. With thousands of feet of climbing (with 25 lb of luggage :-) ) and 50+ mile days, when I needed ride/recovery fuel I REALLY needed it.
