This beach is a really nice size and we really enjoyed it together. The only downside I'd say is that the machine to pay for the parking wasn't working, so I had to worry whether or not I'd get a ticket, etc. Other than that, my family and I will be going back this year! Note: this review and photos are for when we went in June 2022.

Walking along this beach is such a joy. If you’re a morning person who loves watching the sunrise, this is the perfect spot for you. You can sit by the shore, lose yourself in the soothing sound of the waves, and simply unwind. It’s an incredibly peaceful place for yoga or meditation.

Love the beach. Small but nice. Mostly a Milford resident beach which I absolutely love! Food and restrooms on site. A little to rocky along the shore but once you get out into the water it’s all sand. Low tide is the best you can go WAY out there and the water is still waist high. High tide you go out 10 feet and its over your head...
