WELL THE NIGHT STARTED OFFWITH A LONG LINE 45 MINUTES,TO GET IN AND SEATED . UPON GETTING THE ARRANGEMENTS. We PROCEED TO THE TABLE WHERE ITS FULL. THEY OVER BOOKED THE TABLE . NOW THE APPETIZER BUFFET WAS ICE COLD THE FRIED CALLAMARI WAS OILY AND LIKE RUBBER, COLD SAUSE . THE STUFFED MUSHROOMS HAD NO FLAVOR, COCONUT SHRIMP, NO DIPPING SAUCE WAS COLD ,AGAIN NO FLAVOR . WHAT WAS GOOD WAS THE FRESH SHRIMP.BUT NO COCTAIL SAUCE . STAFF WAS ASKED, TOLD WERE OUT . THE DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE A CHILD COULD MAKE A BETTER VODKA AND CRAN BERRY . AND VODKA ON ICE 4 OLIVES . THEY MADE IT DIRTY. MARTINI. NEXT I GET A DIET COKE . DEFINITELY WASNT DIET. COKE . TASTED LIKE DIET RITE COLA . FOR THE MAIN COURSE . SURF AND TURF . A SHRIMP PILED HIGH WITH BREADING , ONE SPRIG OF BROCCOLI, ENCRUSTED ,POTATOES WASNT BAD AND THE MEAD WAS ASKED FOR WELL DONE CAME OUT SUPER RARE ONE PIECE AND THE OTHER LIKE SHOE LEATHER. Great venue and service! We had our son's Bar Mitzvah there recently and everything was top notch! The food, the service, everything! Eileen was a pleasure to work with! - Extremely flexible and accommodating. The staff goes out of their way to make the party special. As an example, we had brought in a bunch of balloons to the facility the night before our event, to be used as center pieces. A few hours before the event, I got a voice mail from Laura, at Vazzano's, letting me know that the balloons had deflated overnight! She proceeded to tell me not to worry, because she had gone to the local Dollar Store and replaced the balloons for us!! They never charged us a penny for the replacement! I was speechless! Terrible. Went for the 2-4pm Mother's Day Brunch. Silverware was spotted and dirty looking. Plates were greasy and did not feel clean. The serving lids were placed on the ground behind the serving stations. The cocktails were overpriced and made terribly. Both Bloody Mary and Amaretto Sour were not good at all. All the food was greasy / oily. Coffee on the table was cold. Small milk / cream cups had a layer on the top from sitting out too long.
