If you are hosting an event here, I'd make sure there's a force majeure clause in the contract (they don't include one) or you have event insurance. Majority of the events go without instance, ours sadly was not the case (covid couple). In the rare event something does go wrong, Stroudsmoor will only work with you in their very limited terms. If their terms do not work out for you, which it sadly did not for us, they will not try to work something out with you.
I'm sure they'll respond to this review explaining how they were very reasonable and let me tell you in advance they weren't. There are multiple complaints filed against them with the Better Business Beureau for the same reason. I have multiple friends that were in the same situation (covid cancelled weddings) in various places and ALL of them received a more reasonable response from their venues than we did.

The food is typically buffet style but good and the bar is set outside of the dancing/seating area which is nice. Did have a coat room when we were there which was nice as well. He was terrible and did things completely opposite than what we had planned. Regardless it was still a great day and we reccomend anyone to use this venue.
