Buffalo Mountain Ziplines — Attraction in Stuart

I cannot recommend this company enough! We were looking for something different to do and did not want to be around a large crowd on a holiday. Found them online (close to us) made a phone call and John helped answer all of my questions - my call dropped and they even called me back to continue with my inquiry. They even helped book our reservation time because we had typed in the wrong gps. We took our daughter, 7 and at first she told us that she did not want to do it and I am afraid of heights myself. By the time the staff worked with us and went over everything, even letting her get in to harness and hang and glide on a "simulation zipline" she got comfortable and at ease. The staff was GREAT !! They made her and I feel at ease and not nervous. They were very knowledgable, so patient, kind and enthusiastic - even cheering us on and keeping you motivated to finish and being proud. You can tell that they enjoy their career and so does the owner. THE Best customer service we as a family have received in a long time. Just good people! I thought I would not go my first round and then I said I would quit at landing 4 (which is a ground where you can get off) if you don't want to go further and I decided to keep going! This is how safe they make you feel. The whole entire tour guide team is extremely trained in safety and usage of equipment (which is great equipment) and lines. Highly recommend! If you're scared, do It- you have the best team! They have introductory zip and platform in the beginning. The property hosts Beautiful views and very well kept landscape. The whole property, including the building and equipment used is extremely clean and very well maintained. Michelle is great! A natural with kids and was wonderful with me (an adult with fear of heights) Simeon was also great at leading and checking ahead, keeping everything flowing and ensuring we knew his hand signals to guide us in. Like I said , BEST staff !!! The staff took pictures and videos of us throughout the entire course. In the end, John airdropped them all to my phone - this is a very very nice thing to have the memories I really appreciate y'all's time and doing that for us as a family. Thank you ALL so much!! Our group of three recently visited Buffalo Mountain Ziplines, and we had an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and full of positive energy. The staff were incredible—welcoming, personable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Each guide had a great sense of humor and made sure everyone in our party felt comfortable, confident, and excited for the adventure ahead.

What stood out the most was their attention to safety. They gave a thorough orientation, explaining the gear and demonstrating the techniques in a way that was easy to understand—even for first-timers. At no point did we feel rushed or overlooked. They checked and double-checked our harnesses and clips before every single run, which gave us complete peace of mind.

Once we were up in the trees, the fun really began. The zipline courses are amazing—a mix of high-speed runs, scenic lines through the trees, and some that gave us a great view of the surrounding mountains. Each line felt a little different, keeping the excitement going the whole time. The guides kept us laughing between lines with their stories and playful banter, but they never let safety take a back seat.

What we loved about Buffalo Mountain Ziplines was that it felt very personal and laid-back while still being professionally run. You could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed being out there and making sure guests had a good time. It never felt like we were just another group going through the motions.

We booked Buffalo Mountain Zipping for our family of nine and had an outstanding experience. Communication beforehand was excellent, and we were even offered a generous military discount, which was a wonderful bonus. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner and two staff members, setting the tone for the day.

The entire process was top-notch. They ensured our harnesses were properly secured and double-checked by another staff member for added safety. Even our 6-year-old twins were able to participate, which was a highlight for our family. Despite the cold and high winds, they went above and beyond by offering beanies, gloves, hats, and even jackets to keep us comfortable—such thoughtful service!

Semeiun and Michelle guided us through the course and were exceptional. One of our children was very nervous, but thanks to their patience and encouragement, they quickly gained confidence and ended up zipping alongside them without hesitation. Throughout the experience, they continuously checked on our comfort and safety, which made us feel completely at ease.

The ziplines themselves were incredible—long, fast, and each one unique. We’re already planning to return in the fall for the night zipline with fireflies. A huge thank-you to the team for making this such a memorable day. Highly recommended! Let’s support amazing local businesses...
