Wildwood Farms General Store — Attraction in Stuart

My friend and I were heading to Blacksburg for a girls weekend when we received a recommendation to visit the store and see all the lilies. We arrived after close but Judy the store owner was still there and popped out to say hi and invite us to walk through the gardens. The flowers were gorgeous! We were about to leave when Judy came out again and told us about the events they held there and then invited us in to see the store. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t believe how welcoming she made us feel. We loved hearing about her family and the history of the general store. Great place to stop by and stretch legs, get an ice cream, listen to music,chit chat, and just sit a spell. They have everything from canned jams to garden statuary, to farming supplies to handmade furniture and lotions and potions for healing the body/ mind connection. Everything to please the man,the children, and the women. Can be a bit pricey on higher end items but worth saving up to get. They even provide musical entertainment Saturday nights. I cannot express enough how wonderful this business is! The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. When I called for more information before my visit, I felt welcomed, even before stepping through the door. Upon entering, I was greeted with warmth, and that kindness never faded throughout my experience. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be a returning customer.
