Hey Dan Snyder, if you're so greedy as to place and sell tickets for seats which afford a fan a view of both endzones only on account of a giant concrete pillar, you think you could be so kind as to not make the ripping off so blatant by replacing the circa-1992 CRT 19" TVs with something a little more current, and possibly splurge on a 720i resolution if you're feeling generous?

You know what's funny? Bob Kraft made sure that every seat at Gillette Stadium had a complete and unobstructed view of the entire field, thus forfeiting the revenue of the seats that could have been added. Wanna know why? Because his priorities, for the stadium design, back when the Patriots were terrible, were focused first on maximizing the fan experience, all else being subordinate to that. While profits were obviously a part of that equation, he understood something which most fans of your team have come to realize is beyond your ability to comprehend. The people are the priority, profit increases and decreased are always a function of the level of importance placed on the well being of the customers (fans) and the employees (players & back office), end of discussion.

Dan, are you capable of seeing something that is blindingly obvious to most people? Can you see that the Redskins, a team which has a rich and respectable history, have been in a cycle of ever declining revenues and game attendance, as well as the decline of the brand value according to almost every metric available to measure the health of an NFL team and business? Have you noticed that regardless of ALL the things you've tried, and the tens of millions of dollars you've spent on talent to try and stop what must be a hemorrhaging of profits for you, nothing ever works? Dan, be honest, what's the only common denominator in all these equations? If you're honest with yourself, and you actually acknowledge that there is one toxic element which triggered this decline almost immediately upon being introduced, and will prohibit any attempts to stop it from being effective until it is removed. Dan, the problem, it's you Dan. More importantly, it's your inability and unwillingness to put your people and fans ahead of your profits. It's literally that simple, and it's not something I believe you are capable of doing. You're going to instead fire another coach, hire someone else who tells you what you want to hear and kisses the ring, and pull another declining superstar off the waiver wire, and spend money on more things that you convince yourself will turn things around because this time is different than the 56 previous team spirit destroying upheavals, until you see yet another decrease of revenues next quarter.

The owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, have you ever wondered how or why his franchise has been doing gangbusters for the last, oh, 2 decades? If you try to say anything to suggest that his success is a direct result of Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, I'll open hand slap you like a child. That's the paradigm you need to break out of, you dolt. Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are not the reasons Robert Kraft is successful, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are two of the many results of the priorities Robert Kraft started to bake into the team culture the day he purchased the team. Don't forget, the team he purchased back then was a team which struggled under a depressed brand, consistently losing record, who played in a stadium which most high schools would reject. The absolute powerhouse that team and business have evolved into todsy are all a direct result of Robert Kraft deliberately and patiently rebuilding and remolding what was a broken corporate and lockeroom culture devoid of any morale or trust between the team owners, players, and the fans. He stated simply by placing a genuine and significant priority on the people who work the back office and play on the field, and that the trust and respect between the fans and the team ownership began to bloom.

Dan, do us a favor, sell the team or start behaving like a respectable franchise owner. YOU'RE...

Attended FedEx field during last year’s Beyonce concert. The Sunday I attended the weather was 50-50 on overcast. There was nothing communicated on whether or not the concert would be canceled so I made my 1 Hour drive from Western Maryland to the stadium. Upon arrival parking was relatively easy to find. The trouble started when we began walking into the stadium. It started lightly raining outside, so the crowd was anxious to get under the cover of the entrance. The security checkpoint was relatively easy to get through, however, it seemed like they were not checking everyone. When I finally made it inside, I attempted to get to my seat. They had blocked off all the entrances and half of the stadium was being rerouted to the other side of the stadium. Not sure if this is crowd control, but it ended up being very frustrating because my seat was quite literally on the opposite side of the stadium and it would’ve been easier to take the other route that they have blocked off to get to my seat but because of this change, it would take me an additional 20 to 30 minutes to get to my seat from the entrance. I decided to grab some food and a drink or two instead . Several minutes later it started raining and it was announced that everyone in their seats had to leave their seats and go into the main area. Because they had blocked off a large portion almost half of the main area around the stadium, this meant that you had thousands of people loading into a very small space. This became a safety risk , as people who were still getting through the security checkpoint were anxiously trying to get to their seat before the start time. The crowd grew larger with people from the arena itself still filling in to the space that was also having additional people come in from the security checkpoint , people started pushing and several individuals ended up passing out or falling. Basically it was the worst experience you could think. People were getting crushed shorter people were having a hard time breathing in the crowd. It was a literal nightmare. The staff on site were not prepared for not only the amount of people, but the clear risk to human life. Seven minutes after it was announced that someone had passed out at the front of the crowd, a golf cart attempted to get through the crowd. Obviously, this was not successful because there was literally no space for the crowd to go to get out of the way of the golf cart so Other people had to assist the person who passed out and carry that person to the golf cart.

This went on for some time until they cleared the block and allowed people to get to their seats, and the concert went on for the most part with no issues. After leaving, traffic from the parking lot was literal hell and it took me almost 45 minutes just to leave the parking lot. There was no directing of traffic.

After the event, hundreds if not thousands of people flooded the FedEx Field Instagram with comments on the lack of safety, emails have been sent, and articles have been written. People have been called but largely FedEx field doesn’t care about what happened that day.

I would rather drive to Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, or West Virginia for another concert before I ever come...

We purchased tickets for the Rolling Stones concert during the presale. They were VIP tickets at over $1100 after taxes, fees and insurance. The tickets should have been where the stage runway comes out and we were on the isle. At some point, they decided they could add pit sections up front which effectively moved our seats at least 20 rows back (beyond the runway now) The pit tickets were about $300, also they then stopped selling VIP packages and started selling tickets in front of us for $500. The items received as part of the VIP package (which they mailed so they would arrive after the show, and still believe we are missing items) were certainly not worth $500. Once we arrived at the stadium and went to customer service, they offered us 4 tickets in rows in front of us but they didn't have 4 together. I told my husband to take his friend to the lower row and our other friend and I would go to the ones further back. These tickets were actually worse as they were closer to the outside isle. Then the vendors selling anything to drink were apparently having technical issues so it took almost an hour to get water. I ordered 4 waters, was given the bottles, which were better to carry, then once I got to the field, was forced to put them into large plastic cups (not so easy to carry, and if plastic straws are a problem, what are plastic cups, on top of the plastic bottle the water came in originally) As a result of all this, my husband and his friend wound up with their anxiety levels on high, also, they were surrounded by people making it hard for them to breath (it was extremely hot and both have health issues that are worsened by anxiety). Little did our friend and I know, but her husband ended up taking an Uber back to his room (all the way across DC (can you say "expensive!", with the price gouging Uber does during events) My husband went to the paramedics to be checked out. It wasn't until after the concert that we found any of this out. Once I know about my husband, I tried to locate him and the person that tried to help was told that if he wasn't down this one corridor to escort me out through the tunnel. Now, my anxiety level started to escalate because I didn't think I would find him. Fortunately, I found another entrance that would let me in and they told me where the other paramedics office was and I found him. Seems to me a facility like that would have some form of communication that would help with this type of issue. The pictures below show where we should have been in relation to where we actually were. Where all those people are standing up front is where we should have been, I'm taking the pic from where we ended up. Oh yeah, and then I bought parking from Ticketmaster so I could pick where I wanted to be (so I paid more than $10 extra in fees to do this), and when we got there, we were told to keep going straight then just park anywhere. We weren't close to where we wanted to be...
