We sat on the chairs we brought. You can rent them not sure about the price tho. We brought our own food but purchased yogurt land and snow cones. Individual vendors are there to sell pre-made stuff. If you don't decide to bring your own food They have vendors selling food (hamburger, pizza, hot dogs not much for vegan options) for purchase. You can also sit on the grass surfaces. Blankets with plastic tarps underneath(sometimes the grass is slightly damp/cold) them are also a good suggestion. Those that do will be closer to the stage for viewing. Chairs are further back. I noticed that thier isn't really a bad place watch the show. Show time starts at 8p.m. $10.00 per vehicle parking which opens a little after 5p.m. next you walk to the entrance(wait in a line) untill 6p.m. bathrooms are unisex bring hand wipes. I didn't see running water. Expect when you leave alot of people are at the same time. Either chit chat alittle while or fast walk to your car. I noticed no parking staff was available do direct traffic out but coming in staff was there. I would go again. My family watched Sister Act (adult references/situations not the best for children). I recommend families wait for Annie/Mary Poppins tho. The performance that night from the actors and actresses we're out of this world...
Β Β Β Read moreI've lived in Las Vegas for 24 years and had never heard of Super Summer Theater until a friend recently invited me to go. It was such a GREAT experience, from the atmosphere of the park, to the volunteers that work there, the vendors, and the actual theater production. We watched the musical production of Mary Poppins and it was fantastic. The cast performed amazingly, the story and songs transitioned smoothly, and the sets were super creative and well executed. The gender neutral bathrooms were clean and well kept and parking was very organized. A few tips: purchase your tix online, get there early to get a good spot, rent the stadium chairs for $1 (unless you have your own) and bring an extra blanket or sweater bc it does cool down quite a bit after the sun goes down. Pack a cooler with your favorite snacks, picnic foods, and beverages (adult beverages are welcome too!) and have a picnic...
Β Β Β Read moreSo happy that Super Summer Theater is back! Just saw Mary Poppins and it was wonderful. The actors are so talented, and there's also a couple of fun surprises during the show! Gates open 2 hrs before the show starts if you want to arrive early, hang out and have a picnic. Seating is open so if you want a spot in front arrive early, but in my opinion you can still see pretty well from any of the areas. It usually cools off nicely as the sun is setting, and the grass makes it a pleasant temperature even here in the desert. Coolers are allowed but they also have a snack bar with food, $1 popcorn and even Yogurtland frozen yogurt! The meadow is divided into two sides, one for chairs only (bring your own or rent for $1) or on the other side you sit on blankets (or rent chairs w/o legs for $1) Parking is $10/car. Productions are family friendly and it is an awesome place to introduce kiddos to...
