Usually they are pretty good. This time, they double charged me and actually tried to triple charge. Then said they credited my account. Got home and checked. They did double charge and no credit. I ended up with five receipts. Called and someone was suppose to call me right back. No call. So I went back and they acted like it was my fault. I showed them our statement. No apology for their screw up. Turns out they credited the previous customer on their account and not mine. So that customer not only got free berries, there was more on my charge than just berries.
