Sussex Village Park — Attraction in Sussex

The new splash pad is great for little kids, my boys are ages 3 and 7 1/2 and they love it! It's not usually that crowded, and there's a nice bathroom for changing. Lots of shade and picnic tables. The new playground is fun, lots of variety. There are a couple areas that are a little bit dangerous, like the zip line, my son ran through the area and got hit really hard by the swing on the zip line the first time we were there. This park was very nice. I'm reminded Everytime I visit my home state of Wisconsin just how beautiful their parks are. This one was no different. Lots of wonderful things to explore and play on! That book trail they have there is so innovative! The splash pad was well maintained and refreshing. Good size parking lot with plenty of spots. The restroom facilities are clean and stocked well with toiletries. I give this a thumbs up. Your kids will smile ear to ear if you take them here! And you will smile too because it's free! FREE!! Great frisbee golf course. Wide open and hilly on the front 9 slightly wooded and tight lines on the back 9. Would grade higher but the Disc Golf posts are mislabeled and confusing. If you don't have the Udisc app i highly suggest downloading it to keep you on track.
