Our family stopped here one day in late September. It was a breezy day and the water was rough. The leaves were changing so the view was beautiful. I did a quick hike around on some of the trails. They seemed well marked and we'll worn. It looks like this place gets a lot of visitors so I don't think I would come here in peak summer season.
