Keil's Produce and Greenhouse — Attraction in Swanton

Where else can you buy pumpkins for $2?! I've easily paid over $40 for way less pumpkins than I bought here. I expected a catch: A small supply, tiny pumpkins, a limit, or an obscure fee. Nope! I left with 11 pumpkins (featured below) and paid $22. They had a superb selection of sizes, shapes, and even some different shades (nothing crazy). The workers were wonderful as well. Sweet, helpful, personable. They were friendly, down to earth, and seemed to enjoy their job. They have several photos ops available. One gentleman even offered to take a picture of me and my young son so I could have one of both of us. Keil's Produce and Greenhouse is our local "go-to" for our vegetable garden planting and adding colorful floral beauty to our landscaping. This is a family owned farm. The owners are always on site and very helpful any time there are questions. They are open for "flower/planting season," usually mid/late April thru the end of May. They re-open mid-July thru the end of October with their amazing farm raised produce ending their fall festivities with Pumpkin Palooza. I went to Keil's for some great homegrown fruits and veggies, and I left with much more! I am disabled and was having a difficult time getting around that day.
