Redmond's Garden Center — Attraction in Tabernacle Township

I decided to call Redmond’s because they had excellent reviews. Now that I have experienced their customer service I would never recommend or purchase anything from them.

I had called Redmonds to come out in April for a landscaping quote. John, the owner, came out to go over everything with me and at that time I also gave him a copy of our design landscape architect plan. He said he could start the lawn project by the end of the month and would get back to me in the next week or two with quotes for everything else.

I never received a call so I decided to call and see the status of the work and our quote. Liz the receptionist said that he would get back to me next week. Each time I called she would say, “oh I’m sorry let me call him right away and I’ll get right back to you.” Each time it was the same line. He’ll have it for you next week. Their excuses got old and went on for 7 weeks. I finally got disgusted from them leading me on and wasting my time . I called and said, “I guess you don’t need my business,” and I’d like my design returned. Liz said, “ok it’s laying right here.” It has now been 3 months since I first met with the owner and my copy was never returned.

A company that is dishonest by keeping my design that also delivers horrible customer service.. A no brainer to pass right over them when looking for a professional...

Update as of 7/19: Redmond’s has since fixed the shed to our satisfaction.

Horrible customer service!!! We used Redmonds many times in the past for mulch delivery and to get flats and hanging baskets. This year when our soil was delivered, the driver backed into our shed, causing damage and moving it from the impact of a dump truck hitting it. When I called to speak to the owner, the owner’s sister gave my phone number to the driver to have him handle it. This is not how it works, particularly if insurance claims or reimbursement is necessary. Someone authorized to handle these things should have called me. It took the owner 3 weeks to call. As of today, they have only come out to move the shed back to its existing location. The roof, trim and siding are still not repaired. When I commented about this on Facebook they lied and said my husband said no other repairs are necessary as we are replacing the shed. This is untrue!!! We were advised they were looking for matching siding and have been waiting almost 3 months. Redmonds has since deleted my comments and blocked me from their Facebook page. They may have nice plants, but if anything goes wrong, they WILL NOT own up to it and make you...

Very pretty nursery with a lot of different options. I had been recommended to come here specifically for succulents, but was not very happy with what I saw. I had asked the worker where they were, after only seeing hens & chicks outside, she seemed to not understand what I was asking for and just shrugged so I was left to search around some more. The only succulents I did find inside were aloe, and then these (pictured) and I was just very unhappy to see how stretched from not getting enough sun all of these plants were when the hens & chicks looked great outside. The only thing that could be done with the ones shown is possibly try and propagate the leaves from it, but with how lengthy they are they aren’t worth buying at all and shows the lack of care the plants have.
