debbie at front office, me and my family arrived super excited to try a new trails traveled all the way from Georgia because we heard this place was amazing. First expectations not so great arrived at clerk to pay. Debbie took our charge she charged me and my husband $30 which is fair, but our kids completely different she charged $15 for my 11 year old and another $15 for our 7 years old baby was free, My husband goes on to ask her about the cabins but no reply from her, I asked about the event they where having that day which was Saturday June 3, 2023. I all I got back was a whispering "YES" shook of head with a rude attitude. Didn't make a fuss because was not worth my time and was their to have fun with my family and friends. But when I later met up with my friends and found out I was charged $10 extra. They had paid $10 for their kids admission. I was shocked and that's when I told my husband to make sure before we leave to stop at the Office and let then know. That was our last draw its not fare! It sure was a discrimination thing and sure felt like that! Truly Disappointed 😞 I do NOT recommend specifically if you are Hispanics. I reach out to them thru their website no response yet which makes me believe they are covering for debbie, honestly dont care at this point bacuse it's not about the money. Just the lack of respect againt certain people like Hispanics, costumer service should always be priority even when you are a racist person, should not work there if you can handle your personal emotions. God bless...
Read moreThis is mainly a mudding park. If you're looking for primarily trail riding with a little bit of mud thrown in, this may not be the place for you. (Try Kenutck ORV, unless your SxS is over 50" wide.)
Lots of deep mud bogs -- and trails that are turning into bogs. Each time I've been over the years it is easy to tell how much more damage is done to the trails. Most of the side by sides you see here will have tires with extremely large mud lugs -- which in some ways you have to have here, but at the same time, they worsen the problem-- sort of a self-defeating circle.
Also hard to say that this is a good family place. ATV riders are required to have helmets, but almost no one actually wears them. For some reason, people think its OK to put big speakers on your RAZR and blast out obnoxious music as you ride around.
I'm not generally a fan of more rules and more enforcement, but I think it could help this park in the long run. Trying to limit trail damage by restricting tire lugs could help. Maybe limiting those to certain bog areas. And maybe policing the trails (and parking lots) a bit to reduce the obnoxious behavior.
Having said that, the park is plenty busy and so it may just be that they don't actually need to make any of these changes. If the park has plenty of patrons who enjoy the deep mud, disintegrating trails, and obnoxious behavior, why would...
Read moreAs an avid rider, I have had the fortune of experiencing, Durham Town, Highland park, Iron mountain, and this little gem. This place is very different from the others, for example. Durham has great trails but they are worn down so ... getting lost is impossible. Top Trails is very cool because of its history alone, but the trials are not marked well, and its terrain is very rocky with streams and puddles... in other words, real trails. I love how big the property is!. I do wish the trails were marked a bit better. The check in area, is nice, the lady was friendly and knowledgeable . The bathrooms have a shower which is a first that I have experienced, so that is very nice after a day of muddin, but the toliet area was not as nice. I do feel like just a couple suggestions, have more food and drinks available for purchase. I could only imagine how much business they could have with a restaurant or bigger selection. I would suggest more shirt sizes they were out of just about all the smalls. The price and property is one of my favorites all in all it was a great weekend! I will most...
