From the moment we stepped foot on Kelly Winter’s sprawling venue in early 2019, we knew this was the place for us. We wanted a rustic setting with natural beauty and a picturesque barn. We got all of the above and more. Kelly immediately made us feel right at home with her warm personality. We could tell she was extremely creative, talented, and very detail-oriented. The amount of work, detail, and care that Kelly puts into her venue cannot be underscored enough. She is dedicated to making her venue an affordable, dreamlike place for couples to celebrate their special day and she continues to achieve that. Your happiness is important to her.

In addition to her amazing venue, Kelly is an incredible person who we were fortunate to have by our side during the uncertainty of COVID. Our 2020 wedding was postponed twice until 2021. Despite all of the challenges that Kelly faced due to closures and restrictions, she went out of her way to be there for her couples. She sacrificed time from her own schedule to make the postponements for her 2020 couples work. She immediately rescheduled us for the same timeframe the following year to ensure that our date was locked in and something was reserved for us. During an extremely stressful time, Kelly’s selflessness and generosity made us feel at ease. We felt supported and cared for. We can never thank her enough. When other venues were cancelling on their couples, Kelly was there fighting for hers.

Prior to opening her venue, Kelly was a wedding planner. Given this, she is very integrated with other vendors in Southern California. When we signed our contract, she gave us a list of vendors to help us craft our day. We knew we could trust Kelly’s judgement with other vendors based on our experience with her, so we ended up booking some of them. They did not disappoint! This vendor list was extremely helpful in trying to navigate the remainder of the planning process.

Kelly has thought of it all. She is constantly making positive additions to her property and adding to her inventory. Instead of outsourcing a lot of décor and activity-related items, Kelly has them on-site and they are included with the venue-tables, chairs, table numbers, candle holders, lanterns, place settings, signage, corn hole, a photo booth-you name it. This was really helpful to us because not only did it add to the rustic-glam vibe we were going for, but it helped cut down on overall rental costs for us. She also has amazing instinct with how the day should flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and then the reception. There is a detailed plan for everything and Kelly incorporates all of the things you want along the way to tailor it to your vision. There are few people who can do this as seamlessly as Kelly.

We are so glad we chose Winter White Barn as our wedding venue! Kelly and her staff are the absolute BEST! From the moment we did our initial tour, we knew WWB is special. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Kelly is constantly making upgrades that further enhance the space. When you book with WWB, you not only get to utilize the beautiful venue but you also get to tap into Kelly's vast network of fellow wedding vendors (who are all amazing) and her extensive knowledge of the wedding industry. During the design meeting when you go over how you want the venue to be set up and what decor options you'd like to use, you can rely on Kelly to be honest and share her expertise to really bring your vision to life. When wedding day came, we had minimal stress because we knew Kelly and her team had it under control. The grounds were immaculate, it was set up and decorated even better than we imagined, and the staff was beyond helpful! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue is and how the flow of the venue makes sense. The WWB staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect all night long. We cannot thank Kelly and her staff enough for their hard work. Winter White Barn is an oasis created by the talented Kelly! I cannot say enough great things about the venue and Kelly. From the moment I stepped on the venue I knew it was special. Every detail is perfect and is ready to be photographed. The flow of the venue is perfect and all of my guests were raving about it.

I got to meet with my coordinator, Cass from ClassyKayEvents, and Kelly on the venue a month before my wedding to pick out my decor. These two know their stuff! They helped me pick out the prettiest decor that matched my style. I could not have been happier with the outcome. My wedding was on Oct. 9th and Kelly put these cute little white pumpkins that made me so happy. She just knows what looks good and with someone like me that is indecisive, it is so helpful!
