I recently had the exhilarating experience of visiting Skull Canyon Zip Line with a group of friends, and we opted for the Monster Course, the highest and most challenging course available. Our adventure was made even more memorable by the incredible guides, Josh and Mason, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment throughout the entire experience.

From the moment we arrived, Josh and Mason greeted us with infectious enthusiasm and a great sense of humor. Their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put us at ease, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Not only did they entertain us with their jokes and stories, but they also provided us with valuable information about the course and the safety procedures, ensuring that we felt confident and well-prepared.

The Monster Course at Skull Canyon Zip Line boasts an impressive seven zip lines, each offering breathtaking views and heart-pumping thrills. As we embarked on the hike up to the first zip line, unfortunately, one member of our group fell ill. Mason's exceptional care and attention became evident as he quickly assessed the situation and took immediate action to ensure our friend's well-being. He went above and beyond his duties, staying by their side, providing support, and ensuring they safely reached the top. Mason's professionalism and genuine concern for our group were truly commendable.

Throughout the entire zip line adventure, Josh and Mason continued to impress us with their knowledge and expertise. They offered insightful commentary about the surrounding nature and pointed out interesting features along the way, adding an educational element to the thrilling experience. Their dedication to safety was evident in their meticulous checks and constant vigilance, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the adventure while feeling secure.

I highly recommend requesting Josh and Mason as your guides when you visit Skull Canyon Zip Line. Their lively personalities, exceptional professionalism, and genuine care for our well-being made our experience unforgettable. They truly went the extra mile to ensure that we had an incredible time, despite the unexpected challenges we encountered. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and safety is a testament to the high standards upheld by Skull Canyon Zip Line.

If you're seeking an adrenaline-pumping adventure coupled with knowledgeable and fun guides, look no further than Skull Canyon Zip Line. And if you're lucky, you might just have the pleasure of being guided by the dynamic duo, Josh and Mason, who will make your experience all the...

Response to owners reply:

My personal item, a credit card, fell and was immediately brought to the staff’s attention as belonging to me. However, when I arrived at the designated area to retrieve it, the card was no longer there, which is my primary concern. I apologize for the incorrect floor level of the ‘drop-off’ area. Following the incident with the credit card, I noticed that no staff members were present in that area for an extended period to assist the rest of our group. This lack of support only added to the overall frustration.

Review: I booked the Sky Gym as a surprise for my niece, and she absolutely loved it. We opted for the first time slot, which was a great choice because there was less foot traffic early on. However, as more people arrived, the space became busier, and it seemed like the duration of each session wasn’t well regulated.

During the initial training, we were instructed that only three people were allowed per totem base. Unfortunately, when the second wave of people arrived, they didn’t follow this rule and started using the same obstacles as others, creating some confusion and overcrowding.

There was also an issue with a personal item that was dropped and initially picked up by the staff. It was then lost but somehow “magically” reappeared later. After this incident, the staff’s attitude toward our group noticeably changed, and we were treated differently. For example, on the third level, there’s a drop-off zone where a staff member is supposed to assist. When our group reached the point, the staff member left to help someone else and never returned. It wasn’t until another guest arrived at the drop zone that assistance finally came.

Despite the frustrating experience with the staff, the Sky Gym itself was fun, entertaining, and challenging. I would recommend it for the activities, but the staff management could definitely...

I’m sooooo sad!!! I went on my birthday with my mother and siblings that flew in from out of state. I purchased the go pro add on. I do a lot of social media. I asked them to turn my camera on as soon as I put it on my head to capture EVERYTHING! This footage was literally ONE OF A KIND, it could never be replaced, my family and other customers talked to me and said happy birthday all day and I captured it all!! I was so excited and happy. Then when they gave me the SD card I took it to staples to get it put on a flash drive to mail to my family and to post only to find out that they gave me someone else’s memory card, I don’t see how that could happen considering I was the only one I saw who spent the extra money to get it. It seems very negligent. To make matters worse I called them back to try and get some information on how to proceed but I couldn’t get in touch with a manager for days….I asked as soon as one came in to call me and they agreed only to have me wait and have to call back myself to hunt one down. When i finally spoke to one she seemed to really not care about the situation and offered me a partial refund. I’ll NEVER get that memory back. I’m devastated and feel like it was such a waste of money and time. I do not at all feel satisfied by the way I was treated after spending 1/2 a grand with them. This is the first negative review I have ever written...
