If you love to jump on your Mountain Bike and hit the trails this place is very fun. While it doesn't have anything that is really technical this place does not disappoint.
In the past year they have added a bunch of new trail with more to come. With the big drops that have been added and a new section they are working on right now this place is only getting better.
The first couple miles remain mostly unchanged but recently they have added a fun advanced section. Where you really notice the changes is after mile 3. My understanding is there is a lot of stuff in the works over the next month.

Nice to see what can be accomplished when clubs and local govt/agencies...

Play grounds next to rentable pavilions. Creeks running off into the river. All which is relativelysafe. Water should always be taken seriously but this is calm shallow swimable water filled with diverse wild life. I love this place. It also is filled with Pokémon stops and gyms if that's your thing. Remember to leave nature better than you arrived. We strive to pick up 5 pieces of litter each...
