Our family love Love LOVES this park! We go there to play on the numerous playgrounds, walk and ride bikes on the many greenway paths, and one of our favorite activities there is feeding the flock of ducks, swans, and geese. We keep a 5gl bucket of feed in the truck just to feed those animals at THAT park cause we love them/it so much. Another thing we enjoy there its the fishing. Have your licenses prepared tho. Lol But they do have a fishing rodeo for the kids every summer free of charge and they offer a goodie bag to every child that participates and then give some prizes away too. J.Travis Price Park is definitely a jewel to find tucked away in Springfield Tennessee.

Our children really enjoy this park and my son loves playing baseball at the baseball facilities. We have made a lot of great memories here. There are ducks and geese to feed during most of the year, Good playground equipment, a large metal slide if you drive around the back toward the baseball fields, soccer fields and volleyball sand quarts, etc. This is a great place to take your family for a nice day out. You can even walk the greenway that connects to the park through 3 mi of beautiful countryside and parts of Springfield all the way to Garner Street Park, is another local gem.

Beautiful park, well manicured. Something for everybody. With the picnic area, fields, courts and new disx golf course you can't go wrong spending a day with the family here

J Travis Price Park is a fairly decent park when there's not lots of crowds. At times it can get too overcrowded. But they do have a nice green way that goes on for three to five miles it seems.

The Greenway is fairly nice, paved the entire way, it goes past cornfields, along the creek, through nice shaded pathways, and open sunny fields.

There are restrooms along the way, though they tend to be shut down more...
