A sea of white tents on the banks of the Sequatchie River is a visual treat and an invitation to explore and discover. The grist mill produces freshly ground corn meal and grits. Sorghum cane is hand fed into a horse powered press to get the juice which is boiled down in a huge cauldron and sold in plastic or glass pints and gallons. Unique gifts by local artists ran the gamut of quilts, pottery, paintings, rock candles, photography and wood carvings.
