Facility Renter Beware! They discriminate! Our club rented their Show Barn (where live stock anmials are shown) & Consession Stand for 4 years and their Indoor Gymnasium & Kitchen 1 year. Our Club left the facility immaculate each time. This year we left Sallas Park Show Barn in better condition than we received it. Our club never had a single complaint and our facility deposit was fully refunded after each rental. Rhonda the facility coordinator told us we could rent the facility every year for our Specialty Bulldog Show. Then for reasons we will never understand we were grouped with other unaffiliated All Breed Dog Clubs who disrespected the facility. Sadly we were discriminated against when Montgomery County decided to ban all dog shows at Sallas Park Show Barn dispite our exemplary history. We tried appealing the decision to the Chief and Commissioner of Montgomery County yet neither return our numerous calls. Renters Beware your scheduled event just might not be...

The splash pad was great for the kids. They have done a great job of remodeling that area. However, they failed to see that during summer days the kids can't enjoy the playground because the plastic slide is way to hot and burns the kids. It would be great if the play area had some kind of cover over it allowing the kids to play rain or shine on it. And the bridge joining the splash pad with the playground is black and we witnessed alot of children walking across it with bare feet and screaming from the hot pavement burning their small feet.
