Went for a walk on a nature trail, with the pine straw and rain we had the wood was very slick. I almost fell several times #texas #sundewtrail #walk #walking #pinetree #pine

It's an easy and enjoyable way to see the Big Thicket and also some pitcher plants, though you really have to be observant or you'll probably walk right by them. I saw them on the shorter trail, but there's also a 1 mile dirt trail. I had the place all to myself - serene.

This is a very relaxing trail, it has audio guides, you see all the carnivorous plants of this area (but for pitcher plants it is better pitcher plant trail) fully accesible trail and very calm. It has several picnic tables and a good parking.
