Wheeler Branch Reservoir — Attraction in Texas

If i could give no stars, I would! Two German Shepard dogs in the back seat, one my service dog, the other my man's. The guy turns us down from going in, because they look "intimidating ". 1.) They are both service dogs. 2.) They were both lying down, paying no attention to him, not even a look, when he walked to the window of the truck.

He just looked in, and automatically said we could not enter. We called the supervisor. He said that rule has been there a long time, nothing he could do. In other words, he didn't care. We have been there multiple times. Used to be a favorite of ours. Couldnt go as often as we like, because of the distance. But to drive over an hour, to get turned down, because of service dogs? They are a joke. Turning down a service dog, that was only lying down, is not only rude...

Showed up an hour till close, not aware they closed at 8, but decided to be pay 35 dollars so my family and I could have a nice experience. The man who worked the gate laughed at us when we paid our entry fee, and then approached us 15 min till close to rush us out. Came back every couple of minutes because he “wanted to go home”. He was extremely rude. Mean mugged us, clapped at us, made rude comments, while our 3 kids were trying to get buckled in car seats.. Left feeling...
