You are able to try 3 complimentary wines then make a choice of a flight, glass, or bottle. The flight listings are a little introduction of the heart and soul of the company. They have ones showcasing their roots here in Texas, a little taste of ones from their location in Tuscany, and customizable flights based on your taste preferences. With the flights, you receive a pamphlet that has a break down of the wines. It gives a detailed description of the flavor with ratings of body, tannin, and sweetness. Furthermore, it also gives you recommendations and examples of what that wine pairs best with.
