I have to say for the money people pay for HOA it could be a bit better maintained. very dirty restrooms, weeds growing around what seems to be wooden balancing beams for kids? Small Stones are coming out of sensory path, dirty drinking fountain, could use fresh sand or top up in a sand pit for kids. Nice...
