Sapwi Bike Park — Attraction in Thousand Oaks

First time there, both my boys (3 & 5yr old) had a absolute blast! It was their very first time in any sort of dirt track. After a few runs on the pump track they got it dialed. Well maintained and very family friendly vibe from everyone. Crew that manages the Instagram account (@sapwibikepark) replies to any questions you might have pretty quickly and posts updates on weather, park conditions etc. It has everything from small kid beginner to advanced Pro areas. The bike park is great, but not designed to be family friendly. The trail down from the parking lot is a steep dirt/sand road. I had a hard time keeping our stroller from tipping over. The smaller track is actually pretty big. We were hoping our 4 year old would be able to ride it because we've ridden at other bike parks, but it was too far out for her to explore on her own. I should have brought my own bike to show her the way. The park itself is fantastic and I look forward to playing on it...

Just came from there. We took our 4 year old twins and their first time at that park and just a couple month riding in two wheels. I gotta say it was a really fun time for them, and everyone there who obviously have been there many times before were very kind to our little ones that were stopping and going.
