Fun Zone Amusement — Attraction in Three Way

If I'm paying $325 for my kid birthday party and you telling me I only have a certain amount of time in each room so even if my guests arrive late, they can't go in the party room that I paid for to eat the food that I paid for unless the kids are done jumping which you have to wait 50 minutes and then you have to wait another 30 minutes for them to get done in the arcade room. Why we can't have the option to eat before then or eat whenever we want to? why is the time so strict?! If I'm paying from 5-7 don't tell me when and when I can't eat or what room I can spend the time in. thought parties you can eat whenever you want and if you want to watch the kids jumping between that time you CAN but telling us we have to wait for 50 MINUTES AND THEN ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND THEN EAT LAST. My guests arrived late and they wanted a soda and they told my guests no! They had to wait until the kids get done jumping. The whole operation is just weird I wasn't able to go in the rooms that I paid for WHENEVER I wanted. They said it's only 40 minutes to eat. I don't like people telling me when and when I can't eat especially on my kid's birthday party OF WHICH I PAID FOR ALL THE FOOD!! that is ridiculous I!! And when we finally did eat the food was cold. This is a place that has had our business for a couple of years now. We originally thought it was great but this time there was a misunderstanding with the price. Instead of discussing it with me and having a civil conversation with me about the misunderstanding the owners blew up at me and said I was accusing them of lying and threatened to kick us out. They said “you can just pack up and leave then”. We’ve had issues with our card lately so when I came out and said that my dad could pay they were again very rude and essentially told me to go away. Misunderstandings are completely understandable which is why I was trying to understand what had happened but instead I was met with very poor customer service. I’m a vet with ptsd and other problems because of the military and when I went into the restroom to calm down I was speaking with my husband and my friend. One of the owners that had already been incredibly rude walked by and tried to instigate more problems. So based on our experience we will never be back to this place. I planned on making it an annual thing for our daughter but they’ve lost our business for good. I highly do not recommend. (also the decorations they do consist of writing happy birthday on a chalk board and maybe some table cloths but thankfully I brought my own stuff...

Had my grandson's birthday party here and everyone had such a great time! The have an arcade, putt putt golf and a bouncy house area. There is a back room for a birthday party but there is a fee if you use it. We used the tables in the arcade area and there was not a fee for it.
