Tipton City Park — Attraction in Tipton

My husband and I were headed home with our almost 4 year old granddaughter. We were getting hungry and in need of a break so we stopped at the gas station and asked if there was a McDonald's with a playland close by. She suggested the local hamburger joint (5&50) and your park. Well, the burgers were delicious and your park was FANTASTIC! So clean, so green, so neat, so PERFECT! This is a beautiful city park, featuring a lake for fishing, including a spacious dock and 1/2 mile walking path around the lake's perimeter. Many benches are thoughtfully placed throughout the park, as well as covered areas with picnic tables and gazebos.

This park is also equipped with a large playground, a baseball field, restrooms, frisbee golf, and a lovely veterans' memorial display. ...

I love this park. Super clean and beautifully kept grounds, lots of playground equipment for the kiddos, a nice walking path and benches around the lake, clean bathrooms and several shelter houses for parties and picnics. Frisbee golf area as well as a horse shoe pit. Bring a fishing pole anf catch your dinner. Always a great place to spend your free time.
