This place is ridiculous! Was told I only need a pass for boating, kayaking and fishing. Was kicked off the beach for just standing on it while my son was along the shore line watching the minnows. Don't rent here they treat renters terrible. The homeowners pay the homes community dues that allow access to the clubhouse ect and then management wants to charge renters additional money, (a severely high amount) to use the same clubhouse ect..
