STUNNING! It was absolutely beautiful! The most “bang for your buck” in my opinion! One short (but steep) hike and you get a series of waterfalls that are all so different in their own way! The waterfalls were absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I and our 3 girls, ages 13, 10 and 9 went. They had absolutely no trouble navigating the path and the rocks going down to the series of waterfalls. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who has leg/joint issues though. It starts out wide and flat, but to access the lower waterfalls, you do have to navigate some very narrow and steep inclines. Definitely also recommend for you to read through the other reviews before you head out! I didn’t have any cell reception and luckily I had screen shot another reviewer’s recommendation to take Hwy/US 76 instead going up the mountain on Unity Church Rd before we left the house. Originally, Google took us up that way and we had to turn around because the road was closed. So I referred to my screenshot and we were able to reroute to Brasstown Road. Also, thanks to the other reviewers who said to take a right at the fork—-because once you get to the fork in the road, Google simply says “You’ve arrived at your destination,” BUT—you haven’t! Thankfully I had a screenshot of that review too and we took a right at the fork. Drove about a mile down before we got to the trail head. Plenty of parking and a good turn around...

The Brasstown Falls trailhead may be a relatively short hike, but it offers a truly rewarding experience with access to three stunning waterfalls—each unique in its beauty and visible from well-placed overlook decks. As you make your way along the trail, the sound of rushing water and the surrounding natural beauty create a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. The falls themselves are majestic, cascading gracefully into the pools below, and each viewpoint provides a different perspective that invites you to pause and take it all in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring this hidden gem. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how even a brief walk in nature can refresh the soul. If you're in the area, I also highly recommend making a stop at Sid’s Falls, which is located not too far from Brasstown Falls. It offers its own serene charm and is well worth the extra time. Together, these two spots make for a perfect day of waterfall chasing in the...

Awesome place! Pictures don't do it justice. There are many falls and rapids, not just one. A short hike gets you to the bottom of one on the left. Go to the right and the trail takes u to the top of the others. A somewhat tricky down-climb and you've seen it all in less than an hour if you're in a hurry. Either way, there are many opportunities for climbing and picture taking. PLEASE PLEASE take your garbage with you when u leave! I packed out a grocery bag FULL of other people's bottles, wrappers etc. Let's keep America beautiful! There is no sign when u get close indicating where to park. Once u r on the dirt road, there will be a sign saying "bridge ices before road". Just after that, the road forks. Take the right...

The area was easy to drive to. The dirt road in is your typical curvey slightly narrow at times road. The road dead ends at the trail head. I drove my Dodge Charger and had no problems. Parking was not a problem even though it was a very popular place the day I went. The trail is well kept. The upgrade they have done to the area is great. Steps and platforms for viewing are very user friendly. Although they is a steep short ladder stair that might be a challenge for some. My beagle went with me and she did great on the trail. We enjoyed the last swimming hole at the last fall. The hike is under a mile out and back. Very happy I decided on the spur of the moment outing. We were there about 1.5 hours just hanging out taking pictures.
