Tonasket Water Ranch — Attraction in Tonasket

We have been coming here for 3 years and each year the water takes longer and longer to turn on. Now it comes on for 10 minutes, shuts off and is off for 15-25 minutes. The sign says to step on the red pads to turn the water on but they aren't working. This last time we waiting 30 minutes after the water shut off, stepped on the pads over and over again the whole time and finally just left. Are we missing something? I took my little buddy down to tonasket water park ranch. We had a great time. However, there was one problem. When we pushed on the water buttons to come up they were very hard to get going. It wasn't like that last year. I was going to call but have not had a chance. Great park. Great place for kids. Just need their buttons tuned up...
