Caribbean Marina and Gas Dock — Attraction in Tonka Bay

Horrible. The service was extremely slow. We waited for our orders for 2 hours. A burger was forgotten and was made after 30 minutes before our waitress asked us about it. We needed ketchup and they gave us an almost empty bottle. We asked for another and they gave us another empty bottle. It was taking so long to get our waitress' attention that we had to borrow from another table. Our waitress was very disrespectful. When asking when our drinks would be coming she told us "we are very busy so we will get to you when we get to you, welcome to the lake" with a very sarcastic voice and following an eyeroll. They also forgot about our fries, which we didn't get until almost an hour later. The whole time our waitress was being very rude and slow with our orders. When we finally hot our tab back, we left with a note about our slow service and poor staff. As we were going to back our boat out the waitress came storming down the dock screaming at us and swearing. She cursed at all of us multiple times, and then took a picture of us and our boat saying that we are going ok get a talk from the sherrif. We replied with telling her how unprofessional it is to threaten us for her out service. We couldn't believe how disrespectful should was being, and when we stated that shebtold us that her manager sent her to us. I would have thought that if a staff was being that disrespectful to customers she would have been fired on the spot. She told us we were banned and shoukd expect a talk from the sherrif. This was all because we left a note on the recipt. This ruined a perfect evening on the lake that we were spending with some friends. Never coming back to...

I would give it zero stars if I could, stay far far away from the food on the menu. I was in party of three during mid day on Saturday, place was not crowded and dock slip service excellent. Got our table and ordered drinks which took a while to arrive but all good.

Two of us found something interesting to order, one ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered a brisket sandwich. Chicken was tasteless according to dinner friend. I was first brought a chicken sandwich but told them I ordered a brisket sandwich with fries. They brought out a BBQ pork sandwich with cole slaw which was a combination of grisly pork and a cut up pork sausage. It was so bad it was beyond complaining about, the thought they would present this as brisket is beyond belief/credibility.

Stay far far away from this place, I thought the old Caribbean was average but this...

I was wearing shorts and a very appropriate swimming suit top... I had been up on the balcony for quite some time deciding what to get and I even asked an employee there if my dog was allowed on the patio... As soon as I went up to the counter to order this snobby lady working there said I needed a shirt, when I asked if I could order to go she said I needed a shirt. Everything on the menu is cheap so it's not a fancy place at all... You're by the lake and I'm not going to walk to get a shirt for concession food that is $6. I'll go somewhere nice to eat if you won't serve me your cheap food because I'm not wearing a shirt Terrible service.... Don't have your cheap concession stand by a lake if you want everyone to...
