Hawk Springs State Recreation Area is a nice, albeit small, State Park on the western shore of Hawk Springs Reservoir. Currently, there are about 10-12 campsites on the southern end, with another 12 campsites that have been eroded away by the lake. The existing campsites are first come, first served until WYSP is able to catch up from the many changes that have recently happened. It will most likely be in the Reserve America system before the end of the summer.
