I have prolonged making a review for 2.5 weeks, because I have been waiting an apology from Kristina and Kelby (farm owners), that I have never received. I have been a part of the CSA twice and have had negative experiences both times. Prior to their CSA, we were customers of their farms since 2016. We have purchased whole goats, milk, eggs, beef, etc. We were extremely pleased with all of their products and farm store experiences. We did activities on the farm throughout COVID, to continue supporting a small business during a hard time, and I felt like we had a great relationship with the family. However, recent experiences have proven that big business has changed their hearts. As they were newly beginning the CSA, there were some hiccups getting cream that had been packaged a week prior. I was told to order the day before my pickup and it would be more freshly packed. Unfortunately, I ordered it again and it was still a week old. They refunded me and we graciously moved passed that. For a time, we used a different farm, as a friend was doing a regular pickup, with no hard feelings. When that friend moved, I jumped back on the CSA and that's when I realized how prideful the owners had become. There were several issues when ordering on their new app. All were administrator issues, as I spent over an hour, talking to the tech team, to make sure I wasn't crazy. I was being charged a transaction fee on auto subscription orders, because I had initially used a credit card on my very first order. I had deleted my cc out and was still being charged. Kristina initially offered to refund that while the issue was being worked out. I declined, because it was pennies. When the issue continued subsequent weeks, I sent her a screenshot, to show her know that the issue was still occurring. It happened twice more. However, the last two times, I had no ability to check out, as there was no checkout button. Kristina checked my cart out manually the second time and we moved on. However, the 3rd time, I was charged a transaction fee and I couldn't check out again. I called her once...and that's when chaos broke loose. I wasn't "frustrated". I had simply called to see if she was able to check me out manually, as she had done before, and refund the fees. She got very unprofessional and told me that I was the only one having these issues and that the problem was my error. She went as far as saying that I was was "harassing" her. Her husband, farm owner, Kelby, took the phone and told me that out of all their customers, they spend the most time on me and that they cant do this anymore. I was literally in tears. Not many things drive me to that point but I was completely caught off guard. While her husband spoke, Kristina manually checked out my cart AGAIN. I kept my appt with the tech team that created their farm app. Thank goodness, I did. Or else, I'd feel nuts. The reason I was still being charged a transaction fee, was because my cc info was still hanging on the administrator's end of things on the subscription.Even though I couldn't see or edit that on my end.The reason I had no checkout button was because the admin(farm owners) had set a deadline for my subscription for eggs on Monday at noon.So until that time passed, my cart was, essentially, stuck.Neither of these problems I could have edited or changed on my end. The tech team told me they would be having her fix the issues the next day, and clearly, she did.I picked up my final order and hopped off the CSA. Before hopping off, I checked the app, and she had edited the deadline for the eggs and fixed the issue. I honestly could have overcome this with the farm, however, the lack of an apology, when I actually had done nothing wrong, on top of, unprofessionally blaming me for the issues, accusing me of "harassing" them, led me to no longer support or recommend this farm and speaks volumes.Everyone makes mistakes, everyone gets frustrated, but I never should I have been spoken to the way I was, by her AND her husband.Because of this, I don't recommend this farm to anyone.

What a great place to shop locally! Warm, friendly staff and a great variety of products to choose from. I highly recommend checking them out and making them your weekly grocery trip! Great milk, great food at a great price! Thank you Sunny Cove for all your hard work! It shows!

My son comes here all the time for the raw milk. He brought us to Sunny Cove Farm for the milk and organic farm-fresh meat. I can honestly say that the milk was delicious and the beef was outstanding. Cool storefront and great service!

My family has enjoyed being part of the Sunny Cove CSA "family" since right at the start of 2022. What a joy it is to receive raw milk and dairy products from hard working people who prioritize not only quality of their products but connection with their customers. Humble hard working people who hire friendly and supportive staff. What began as a business transaction soon became a relationship to our farmers and we are so thankful for the opportunity for whole foods in our community. You can purchase everything from the straight forward raw milk and dairy, to the cultures you would need to make your own dairy products! There is so much more in-between as well. A wonderful shop to support your efforts to keeping your food local! Highly recommend making the drive out and if you're lucky you may just bump into Farmer Jerry and is friendly smile and...

To leave anything but 5 stars wouldn’t be right. Kristina is amazing. When I drove to the farm for our CSA, I got a personal tour & education! She had no problem entertaining my kids and making it fun for them too. She is always very kind. She has reached out via text message to make sure we enjoy what we’re getting from the farm & has sent cooking tips to me many of times! She also randomly sent prayers to me when learned we were trying to conceive our third baby & continue to check on me after finding out we are pregnant. She embodies the Buffalo saying; “the city of good neighbors”. Plus, the milk/beef is the best we’ve had from...
