After a drive down a single lane gravel road you'll come to a small parking area. The area isn't marked well. You'll have to look around to see which way to go and find the sign to the trail head. At first we thought we were in for a long hike but the sign says it's a quarter mile to the overlook through the forest. The trail is not maintained nor is it crushed gravel.
