Arena Landing — Attraction in Town of Arena

This “launch” should be shut down. Sadly it’s completely land locked. A launch is defined by your ability to LAUNCH a water craft into WATER. Nearly killed ourselves packing, unpacking and lugging all our gear across the sandbar to find the river. If you’re doing overnighters I recommend that you DO NOT launch from here. Water is a bit shallow at the launch, so had to pull up the trailer quite a bit down the ramp. There are about 10million mosquitoes there. The canoe launch site is great though.
