Best place for maple syrup, IMHO! The owner makes his syrup over a wood fire, but also manages to do it with a state of the art system & modern technology to produce a wonderful tasting product. You can get syrup, cream, candy, maple sugar, & maple coated nuts! When they have maple weekend, maple cotton candy, maple ice cream, & pancakes with the fixings are available, along with wagon rides out to the sugar bush & house so that you can experience the operation for yourself. Fun hobby farm with very friendly people. We had a delicious pancake breakfast and lots of maple goodies. Tour of the sugar shack was very informative and kids loved the tractor ride back into the woods. Would recommend for a family outing that is unique and won't take up more than a few hours. Nice drive...
