Nice, no wake lake with a small side stream you can paddle down. The water is clear and since it's not a very deep lake the water is fairly warm. The have nice flush bathrooms and for a state park everything seemed fairly well maintained. The beach is nice and sandy, but it does tend to be busy on the weekends and is a popular place to go.

Very large campground, clean shower house, awesome views of the lake, huge beach area with plenty tables. Sites non electric and electric some Sites smaller than others so if you camp with a trailer ask before you book as to what length your site is so you can accommodate. Many trails for biking and walking! Enjoy your stay 😁

The gud thing about this lake is that it is perfect for first-time kayaks ,like me.water is calm and therefore easy to kayak.They have a pretty good camping ground,perfect for a relaxing day.Have slides and swings for kids.

My family and I were very disappointed with park officials who denied us and others access to the park stating that the lots were full which was a complete lie. The lots were not full which was confirmed by a ranger who said they could only allow 25% capacity. Just shameful being denied access to...
