A great little winery off the beaten path, but well worth a visit. Co-owner Chris and his wife produce 10 wines mostly with grapes from their two vineyards. Read moreGreat local family run winery. It was our first time here and we were not disappointed. It was a quiet day so Chris, the owner, was able to spend a lot of time with us. We each tried a tasting and he included some crackers, cheese and chocolate and encouraged us to try certain pairings to really get a good understanding of where the wines excelled. Edit: We have since made it a habit to visit CJS and Izzo’s every time we are in the area. We opened our last bottle of Fosterville White from 2023 after a long afternoon of lawn work. We immediately went into the discussion of how wonderful this wine is. Sweeter than we normally drink but perfect for a warm day. Absolutely lovely and went way too quickly.
