Beautiful sights. Caves are far grander than those in Door County on Lake Michigan. We were even able to go into/through a handful. The waves were larger than we've encountered on a kayak yet, but it just made for a fun challenge since we had the gear for it and felt in good hands with the guides. The only down side was that our trip was very short, only about 1.5 hours on the water after instruction, not sure if it was because there was an older gentleman in the group, but a little dissàpointing 5hat we didn't get to go further and see more when it was advertised as a 3.5 hour (1/2 day) trip. #apostleislands...

The beach has its own private feel because your tucked into the trees. My reason for visiting this #1 Wisconsin top rated beach is the 4 mile hike. This hike gives you a chance to see the sea caves with out entering in the water. You are standing on a cliff looking down between caves waving hi to the kayakers below. Super cool! I did this hike with my 6&7 Yr. although my 6year old did want me to carry her in the end, she ultimately made it to the end! Some fallen trees, lots of climbing, some terrain not suitable for the less...

The trail off Meyers beach is definitely something to experience. We went in the winter, hoping we would get to see the ice caves, but they weren't open when we went. The trail was rather long before we got to see the sea caves from the cliff- 1.8 miles there, another 1.8 back. Was a little tough in the snowy winter. I think it would be better in the summer. Very hilly though, so beware if you have painful joints. All in all, the view is spectacular and...

One of my favorite National parks to visit. Very tranquil listening to the waves washing on shore as you drift off to sleep while camping lakeside on one of the many campsites located on the water. Saw the Northern lights. Sea caves are beyond words. A must see. Stunning historic light houses. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Plan for weather to change without notice if you're on the lake. Should have taken a bigger boat but enjoyed the wild waves nevertheless.

Gorgeous cliffs, waters and forest habitat! Really well managed trail. The first mile or two are mostly on wooden slats, especially in moister areas, which is nice. Saw a couple bald eagles further down. Parking lot wasn’t too bad later in the evening. Don’t skip out on the paying the entrance fee- that’s what keeps these places enjoyable :,)
