This is a good place to get some exercise and take in some lovely views. If you want a more leisurely stroll, take the red trail. Although it is hilly, the slopes are more gradual than the other trails. The yellow trail features a steep, zig-zagging descent into the valley. The blue trail also features steep hills, so it's good for more vigorous exercise. The northern leg of the orange trail becomes quite overgrown with thorny plants as you go deeper into the park, so don't choose that trail unless you're wearing thick clothing. The sanctuary hasn't been too crowded when I've been there, even on weekends....
