Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts — Attraction in Town of Bedford

A broad mix of classical to popular historical music that is rarely found in public performance. Facilities are great and convenient. Food and drinks are available. Prices are wide-ranging but well priced with lots of alternatives. Outdoor performances are rain or shine but will be moved to a large tent if needed. Great hidden gem. Concerts provide high quality, and entertaining performances. Focus is on classical music both instrumental and vocal, but jazz, blues, bluegrass and other forms of music are all represented. There is a big brass band with fireworks every July 4th. There are 3 venues, a large tent with very good acoustics, a courtyard (can get VERY hot in Summer) and an intimate indoor venue for the colder months.
