If you are looking for a quiet place where you can stroll through nature, this is it. The preserve is huge. I've been there several times this winter, and I haven't encountered anyone else on my walks.
In the summer, it will be a little busier, but still very peaceful, as there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
There is beach access. Just follow the posted signs. You will have to pass a private residential area to reach the beach, so be respectful. But it's worth the walk to see...
