Silver Lake Mountain Trailhead — Attraction in Town of Black Brook

Yesterday was my first time at the particular trail but my oh ny, cant believe its listed as EASY. Should definitely be listed as Moderate. There are points in the trail where u LITERALLY have to follow the footsteps or have GPS to know where ur going. Towards the APEX of the mountain there's slaso certain spots where u have to basically get on ur hands and knees to crawl up the sheer rock face. This was a great hike. Two miles from top to bottom again, and the way up provided some good scrambles and challenges. Some parts icy and treacherous coming down-- take caution. Family of four, kids 10 and 13 did beautifully....
