If you want peace, this place can't be beat. Fishing opportunities are great, and it's a wonderful place to spend the day with the family! It does get crowded in the summer, and the beach gets closed for piping plovers during peak summer months. The off-season is the best time to visit, if you ask me.

We love it ! Great music , decent food , drinks could use some lovin ….However for $18 a vehicle or $30 yearly resident green key but still have to pay $9 ???…. WOMEN NEED MORE BATHROOM FACILITIES!!!!! . Existing bathrooms are always overcrowded and GROSS .IM NOT TALKING PORT O POTTIES EITHER…..

A 4X4 permit.is required.todrive past the county cbeck point. This area is popular with fishermen, surfers, sunbathers, and swimmers. In the off season uou can have an entire section of the beach to yourself. Normally, parking is along the dunes and most sunbathers stay next to their vehicles.
