NYC Bounce House Rentals — Attraction in Town of Brookhaven

Overall NYC Bounce House Rentals was great and I was happy to choose them for my first bounce house rental. The whole process had its bumps but they pulled through in the end. I will probably choose them again in the future too. The bounce house was in great condition though it had some small beads from a previous party I’m guessing. I just had to do a little vacuuming. The kids loved the bounce house.

Jodi, who took care of booking, was super nice and responsive. We booked a 12x12 bounce house. A little while later Jodi told us that someone wanted to book the same bounce house and gave us an opportunity to upgrade to a huge one with a slide. Unfortunately my yard wasn’t big enough for that and I stuck with the smaller one but I really appreciated that they gave me the opportunity to upgrade. A few days before the event we were notified that the bounce house we asked for needed repair but in case it doesn’t in time, they had another 13x13 one for us. The day before the event, we learned that it wasn’t going to be repaired. Luckily 13x13 still fit in my small backyard.

The crew who came to set up was very professional. I had a tight space and they knew exactly how to place it. They were really great guys and very nice. I especially remember Cory. They came early before the event and came back later the same night to pick up the bounce house. My yard looked as if the bounce house was never even...

I contact them on Sunday 9:00am since our event was for 12pm and the last place we had contacted cancel at 8:00am. Jodi was AMAZING she quickly shared that she was going to contact the team. She quickly sent me pictures of the items available, I was able to pick what I needed and even better they had volunteers for a extra cost which was needed for our community event. In less then a hour she confirmed everything, sent me the invoice and I was able to submit my payment . The communication with the delivery team was amazing. I accidentally made a mistake with the address and they were at the wrong place and they never got mad at me or rude they were so patient. When they arrived they assembled the bouncy house , the ice machine , popcorn machine and cotton candy. During the event the guys were patient with the children , they help out with the community event and even dance with the old ladies. We recently rented two bounce houses from NYC Bounce House Rentals for a college graduation party, and they were a huge hit! Every age group, from kids to adults, had an absolute blast. The bounce houses were clean, well maintained, and added so much fun to our celebration.

What stood out the most was the incredible customer service. From the booking process to the delivery and set up, everything was seamless. The team was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
