The owner working was a rude to us the second we walked off our limo bus. She was a younger blonde and her picture was on the wall so we’re fairly certain she was an owner. She spoke to us condescendingly and was ignorant to us the entire time we were there which wasn’t long because she made the atmosphere so hostile. We were a group of sober, respectful friends that did nothing out of line. I would go out of my way to avoid this place which is why I’m leaving this review so other people can hopefully steer clear of it. While I’m at the review the wine had a very strong ammonia taste that I’d compare to someone’s homemade wine kit going wrong.
Due to a death in our family we had extra tickets for the be mine with wine tour. Rather than being polite about their being more tickets than people she was disrespectful and acted like we were alcoholics for wanting more than three tickets for tastings. We left them anyways because of the low quality of wine.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for letting this woman be the face of your winery. You need to do better and be a lot more respectful to people coming in your place...

He took beer bottles and slammed them in the bus (real professional) i told him I would never recommended this winery to anyone just because of his attitude, he said good I hope you don't. I said I hope no one comes here because this is not how you run a business. Random things happen, if you can't handle drunk people On a wine tour looks to me your in the wrong business. Not to mention...
Read moreNot your average winery. I have been to wineries all over the world from Bordeaux to southern Spain, Western Cape, South Africa and Australia. For a New World vineyard you are getting something special here.
Kevin, the winemaker along with his daughter, verbose knowledge and passion persists in every bottle. The back story of this place is as interesting as the wines themselves. If you can try only one in the Niagara AVA I recommend Long Cliff. Blaufränkish and Sauvignon Blanc are definitely...
