Read moreDrove an hour up here on a Saturday afternoon. Upon leaving I checked to make sure it was open and it said it was. Upon arriving I pulled in to find the gates barred and driveway barricaded. Check the Facebook page and low and behold they are closed, "due to mud and safety:. OK fair enough, but its a flower field, its in farm country, they were supposed to have an event there and it turned out to be 80 and sunny and a perfect day. Rain and mud doesn't stop other venues from holding functions. I was terribly disappointed and upset that I wasted my time. To be fair, unless they had another field somewhere I didn't miss much. I will give them another chance at some point, maybe next year, but until then the rating stands. Have your guests sign a waiver if you're worried about safety, you had to call the cops that afternoon, what difference does an...
Read moreI’ve been coming here year after year, but as all places unfortunately do, it’s become an over-priced family trap. A family of 4 will EASILY spend $150+ here in a day. Bounce house was $20 PER KID. To be fair, they did have 5 or 6 bouncers but still. That’s outrageous. They justified it by saying that it’s valid all day… but who, with little kids, is staying all day? I think my kids jumped for 30 min total. The tiny ducks for the water races are $5 each. A single cookie was $5. While I respect the fact that they’ve maintained the free entrance, I’d rather they charge a small fee, $1-3pp to enter the flower farm instead of price gouge families with the activities. Beautiful farm tho, lots of bees (which is to be expected and not a negative comment), and lots of photo spots. I would just love if they would consider the affordability aspect...
