Perry Public Beach — Attraction in Town of Castile

Always friendly people and lawn cared for. Cement work could use a little help near the shore line. Great surrounding area of one of the freshest body of water any where. Septics had been mandated to be removed from all homes, and cottages within the watershed 20 plus years ago. Silver lake has been a great area to go to for a 100 years or more. Being not more then 5 - 10 minutes from the famous Lecthworth Park is certainly a plus to all visitors and property owners. There is also marinas on both ends for launching ,fuel, bait, food and ice. Village just completed an $800,000 upgrade. New pavilion and toilet rooms, parking, planting, and waterfront beach access. Big rocks for sitting, access for boat launch (dock is in the works). No sand as everyone likes to bring up, but a great place to bring the kids and hangout for the day.
